Kickstart your career in construction

Shared Apprenticeships South West (SASW) was set up by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) to meet the growing demand for a more flexible approach to apprenticeships in the South West.

Finding the right apprenticeship for you

With a number of both trade and technical apprenticeship vacancies available, the team at SASW is on hand to help you start your career in construction. We’ll support and guide you through your apprenticeship journey. We want to ensure you gain relevant work experience on-site and progress well at college thereby gaining the most out of your apprenticeship.

We’ll regularly ‘check-in’ to ensure you’re on track to successfully achieve your qualifications. We will guide you at the end of your apprenticeship journey in finding either full-time employment or your career pathway.  Check out our case studies to find out how we’ve helped people get into construction.  Alternatively, find out more about becoming an apprentice with SASW.

How your business could benefit from an apprentice

If you think that hiring an apprentice is hard work, think again! That’s where our team here at SASW can help. We take care of finding, employing and managing your apprentice.  In fact, all of our apprentices are SPOT ON.
